For independent hotels & boutique groups

One conversation
runs the whole shift.

Bellboy gives your front desk, housekeeping, and guest services team a single place to report, route, and resolve — in plain language, without switching between screens, radios, or sticky notes.

Independent properties only, for now. No spam.

How it works on the floor

Your staff already know how to talk. Bellboy handles the routing, logging, and follow-through.

Front desk

"Room 318 checked out early — needs a fast turn before the noon arrival."

Housekeeping gets a priority alert. Room 318 flips to dirty. The noon arrival's check-in queue flags the room as pending.

Guest requests

"The Smiths in 204 are asking about late checkout — they want until 2pm."

The request is logged with the decision. Front desk sees it. Housekeeping's afternoon schedule adjusts to 204's new window.

Maintenance

"Dripping tap under the sink in 512 — needs attention before this evening."

A maintenance ticket is created, the room flagged, and the issue appears in the shift handover — without anyone chasing it down.

Built for operators who run lean

Enterprise hotel software costs six figures and takes months to implement. Bellboy is a different category.

Independent hotels
(50–300 rooms)

You have a PMS, but half the team avoids it. Staff rely on walkie-talkies and habit. Bellboy works in plain language — adoption isn't a battle.

Boutique hotel groups
(2–15 properties)

One ops manager across multiple properties, no dedicated IT. Bellboy is up and running in days — not months — and doesn't need a system integrator to maintain it.

GMs doing the routing themselves

If you're the one fielding calls and bridging departments every shift, Bellboy replaces you as the router — and gives everyone a shared log instead of a second phone call.

We're starting with a small group of independent hotels.

Early access is hands-on. We work directly with your team to get Bellboy running in your property — typically within a week.
